Tour dates
Our tours run Monday through Sunday (inclusive), with a new program and new locations every day.
You can choose convenient dates for your trip.
Please contact us before booking, we will check availability.
Important clarification
We try to be flexible with dates as there are not always suitable flights available on your chosen dates.
If your preferred flights differ by 1-2 days from our tour dates, please let us know. We'll carefully review your options and try to find the most suitable option, if possible.
Payment
To confirm a booking, we work with a fixed prepayment.
The advance payment is €700 per person.
Once we confirm available seats and dates convenient for you, we will immediately send you payment details.
The advance payment is secured and guarantees your place on the tour.
The remainder must be paid no later than 3 weeks (21 days) before the start of the tour by bank transfer to the company's bank account.
or in cash on the first day of the tour (before the start of the first activity).
As soon as the prepayment is received in our account, we will send you:
• Tour participant form (you will need to fill it out)
• Agreement for participation in the tour (for review and signature)
• We will also add you to a closed Telegram group chat where you:
-Get a detailed list of things you need to take with you.
-You will find out how the meeting will proceed on the first day.
-Get all the important and useful information about the tour.
-You will be able to meet other group members in advance.
Payment of the deposit constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of this Public Offer. The contract is concluded at the moment the deposit is received.
