Tour dates
Our tours run Monday through Sunday (inclusive), with a new program and new locations every day.
You can choose convenient dates for your trip.
Please contact us before booking, we will check availability.
Important clarification
We try to be flexible with dates as there are not always suitable flights available on your chosen dates.
If your preferred flights differ by 1-2 days from our tour dates, please let us know. We'll carefully review your options and try to find the most suitable option, if possible.
Payment
Step 1 — Booking deposit (€200) To secure your tour and lock in the discount, even if your dates aren’t set yet, pay a €200 booking deposit. This amount is non-refundable but is fully credited toward the tour price. Your spot and price are reserved as soon as the deposit is received.
Step 2 — Advance payment (50% of tour price) No later than 3 weeks (21 days) before the tour starts, you’ll need to pay 50% of the total price (minus the deposit already paid).
Step 3 — Remaining balance The remaining amount can be paid: — by bank transfer no later than one week before the tour starts, — or in cash on the first day of the tour (before the first activity begins).
Once your payment is received, we’ll send you: — a participant questionnaire, — the participation agreement, — an invite to our closed Telegram group, where you’ll get a packing list, details on the first-day meetup, and a chance to meet other participants in advance.
Payment of the deposit constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of this Public Offer. The contract is concluded at the moment the deposit is received.
